Meet Bob Chiang
Thank you so much for coming to my website to learn about mindfulness skills. My name is Bob Chiang and I am a mindfulness coach based in the stunning setting of Buxton, England.
I have over 25 years of experience in meditation.
Alongside my passion for health and well-being, I am also a Tai Chi instructor. Through my personal journey and contemplative practice, I have discovered the profound impact these practices have on cultivating happiness and overall wholeness. I strongly believe in taking care of our physical, emotional, and mental well-being, nurturing positivity within ourselves and integrating with others and the world around us.
As a Lead Coach in the Unified Mindfulness system developed by Shinzen Young, I work with individuals from diverse backgrounds, helping them effectively incorporate Mindfulness into their daily lives. Whether it's stress and anxiety management, emotional well-being, or navigating life's challenges, I am dedicated to supporting people on their mindfulness journey.

I specialise in teaching and coaching individuals who are new to and curious about Mindfulness, guiding them towards a more fulfilled life. In addition, I facilitate a monthly online Mindfulness meetup, providing a space for teachers and facilitators to connect, exchange knowledge, and build a community.
Importantly, I have a strong interest in applying Mindfulness approaches to end-of-life care and hospices. As a regional lead for End of Life Doula UK, I am actively involved in this field, exploring how Mindfulness can bring comfort, presence, and compassion to those facing the end of life journey. You can find out more about this from here:
I am committed to helping individuals harness the power of Mindfulness skills to lead balanced, meaningful lives while fostering connections and well-being within themselves and the world around them.
